Unlike most notebooks that opt for the Intel processors, the Acer Aspire 5530G has boldly incorporated the AMD Turion X2 dual-core processor, which clocks at 2GHz. The RAM installed within has 4GB of space. A 250GB hard drive comes built within. The Windows Vista still ships with this mobile computer. You most probably might not get a free Windows 7 upgrade, and might have to pay in case you wish to get the new OS.
A 15.4″, 1280 x 800 pixel resolution display is sported. The resolution is not highly impressive, but the screen does offer widescreen capability.
