Acer Ferrari One Netbook
Posted on September 16, 2009
Acer Ferrari One Netbook is the newest Ferrari inspired laptop from Acer. You need not explicitly mention this, as every nook and corner of this device shouts out this message. Its bright red chassis makes it difficult to miss the eye in a crowd.

This flashy netbook has an 11.6” screen with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. The AMD Athlon X2 L310 dual core processor, which clocks at 1.2GHz forms the CPU in this device. It is equipped with a 2GB RAM and a 250GB hard drive. A card reader is built in for memory extension as well.

The graphics is handled by the ATI Radeon 3200 integrated graphics chipset. The Acer Ferrari One is capable of playing 1080p videos. This mobile PC supports the ATI’s XGP technology, which lets you connect external graphics using a special port located on the side of this netbook. The Windows 7 Operating System will be featured on this portable computer.

On the audio front, Dolby Home Theatre sound has been employed. Other regulars like Bluetooth ability, WiFi connectivity and Gigabit Ethernet are supported too. The device is powered by a 6-cell battery, which is expected to deliver a life of about 5 hours. The Acer Ferrari One Gaming Netbook has been priced at 499 Euros (£435) for the basic model. It will most probably zoom into the market on October 22, 2009, when the Windows 7 OS will be launched.

It can apparently run low on the Acer Ferrari one which is cool. I would love to see it highest.
