Michael Jackson Computer Games
Posted on July 18, 2009
Though Michael Jackson is not here in the physical world, his memories are still kept alive in the virtual world. There have been reports about the King Of Pop, working on a computer game for many months and even recording his voice for it. His death on June, 25, 2009, seems to have left the game half done. However, MJJ Productions, his own company that is making the game, is determined to complete work on the project, as per the wishes of the great pop star.
A virtual MJ had earlier featured in games like Sega Genesis Moonwalker in 1990, Space Channel 5 in 1999, a second version of Space Channel 5 in 2002 and Ready 2 Rumble Boxing Round 2 in 2000.
Considering that Michael Jackson had himself been actively involved in the making of the game, we can expect that it will be a 3D advanced graphics game. Maybe it might require powerful components like graphics processor, high definition display, a fast main processor, a capacious RAM and more. Apart from desktop computers, even desktop replacement laptops like Asus W90, Alienware M17X, MSI GT725, Toshiba Qosmio X300 and more, should do a good job.
Michael Jackson had loved games. He had a huge collection of arcade games which included Simpsons Pinball Party, Super Chexx Hockey, San Francisco Rush, F1 Exhaust Note, Star Trek (pinball), X-Men, Ms. Pacman & Galaga, Zoltar the Fortune Teller, Lara Croft Tomb Raider, Sega R-360, Oscar’s Wild Ride Gumball Machine, Nintendo Virtual Boy, Mocap Boxing, Megatouch MAXX, Eighteen Wheeler, LAX Rotary Merchandiser, Crystal Castles, Need for Speed, Dance Dance Revolution and many many more. These games were however auctioned at Juliens Auctions in April 2009.
The MJJ Productions game is expected to be released for home consoles like Xbox 360 and PS3, during Christmas 2009.
