Asus EEE PC T101H Netbook Might Release In 2010
Posted on October 15, 2009
Asus EEE PC T101H Touchscreen Netbook was already introduced in CES this year. It was supposed to be released earlier in 2009 as well. However, this netbook took a backstage when the Asus EEE PC T91 Netbook was released, eating up all the limelight. Now that the dust storm is settling slowly, Asus seem to have have finally decided to pay attention to the T101H convertible netbook. The set of specifications that this mini laptop was expected to ship with seem to have changed too. The final prototype is anticipated in the market next year.
The specifications seem very interesting indeed. This tablet PC flaunts a 10.2” resistive multi-touch screen, with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. So you can use the full QWERTY keyboard or fold it into a tablet and use the touchscreen for operation. The Intel Atom N450 1.66GHz processor does all the processing for this device. A 1GB RAM comes built-in. This can be boosted to 2GB as well. 16GB of solid state drive is housed in this gadget too. Asus have chosen the new Windows 7 OS as the software platform in this device.
WiFi and Ethernet LAN both allow internet connectivity. Bluetooth ability lets you share information and link with other gadgets. Another attraction in this netbook is its GPS proficiency. Now you might say that the Dell Mini 10 netbook also featured GPS functionality. Fine. But the EEE PC T101H is a 3G capable device. Wait there’s more! It also has a TV tuner integrated into it. Moreover, it offers a long battery life too. About 8 hours is promised by Asus. The Intel Atom N450 processor employed in this netbook is supposed to consume lesser power than the Aton N280 processor. All these features do make the Asus EEE PC T101H Convertible Netbook quite outstanding.
This tablet PC ships in either black or white cases. It weighs 1.3kg. A highly portable device indeed! The laptop deals are roughly expected to be priced at about 650 to 700 Euro.

i think the Palm Tablet will also look like this or some? sort of
