Asus introduces the new the Asus G73JH-A2 Laptop, especially meant for gaming and multimedia applications. With robust casing, it measures 16.6 x 12.8 x 2.3 inches and weighs 7.9 lbs.
This greatly configured laptop is powered by Intel Core i7 I7-720QM processor of 1.6 GHz. It delivers stunning performance with Quad-Core technology and 64-bit Computing. Mobile Intel HM55 Express is the associated chipset. It has 8 GB DDR3 SDRAM of 1066 MHz and 1 TB hard drive. The unit also includes DVD writer and an 8 in 1 card reader.
This laptop has a 17.3 inches TFT active matrix widescreen display supporting 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. Further, it supports ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870 video card with 1 GB GDDR5 SDRAM. Besides, it includes Azalia compliant audio chip with 3D effect. It generates excellent sound output through 4 Altec Lansing co-brand speakers. For audio input, the unit has a microphone.
The device has a 2 megapixels camera integrated in the bezel. Mouse, illuminated Numeric Keyboard and Touchpad are the input devices. A Network adapter supporting Wireless LAN is provided in the unit. Data transfer is done with protocols of Ethernet, Bluetooth, IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11g, IEEE 802.11n, Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet.
