Asus conventionalised the dream of high-end laptops with the launch of Asus Lamborghini VX2 Notebook. If you are a rich person, then you can go for this high-end notebook designed by top branded Asus. With nice touches such as Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB internal memory, 160GB hard disk drive, widescreen display, 1.3megapixel webcam and Bluetooth it has become a multimedia marvel.

This luxurious laptop arrives proudly in UK market in a black carbon fibre version and also in a stunning yellow colour. The Lamborghini emblem is being placed on the middle of the front panel of the laptop. A stylish black honey comb grille is placed at the fore part of the laptop. Four LED displays; indicating whether the laptop is powered on, or charging, whether Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, EDR is turned on; are placed underneath the grille. A black hinge is attached to protect the laptop from external environment.
Appealing black hinge opens to a 15.4 inches widescreen display with Clear Shine Technology. Its 15.4 inch display sports a standard resolution of 1680 x 1050 pixels to unveil a crystal clear picture. It comes with a lustrous coating that makes Windows Vista Ultimate looks great. The integrated shift screen looks clear at every angle with anti glare technology.
Above the screen there is a camera that permits you to include in a video conference. The integrated 1.3megapixel camera is mounted top of the widescreen and the quality finish around the lens reveals an elegant look. The keyboard is impressive with its black keys. The phrase ‘Automobili Lamborghini’ is being embossed on the lower right side of the base panel. On the lower left side of the base panel, four LEDs are incorporated to indicate power on or off, whether laptop is charging, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
To the top of the keyboard there is a series of shortcut buttons to activate Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, to switch
between power saving modes, enabling or disabling the mouse touchpad, to launch Windows Media Centre, and last the power button. Around the keyboard you will find a swathe of leather giving an embellishing look on the laptop. The metal and leather is being separated with a yellow stitching gently enhancing the appearance. Altogether it draws attention of the music lovers.

The biometric fingerprint protection system of the smooth blackish touch pad enrols you when you touch it. So beware of the technology inside this ingenious gadget. The incorporated Dual Layer DVD burner in the left side of VX2 permits you to burn a DVD disc and with this you can etch a label on the disc. You can notice two USB ports, a DVI connector, a VGA output, Gigabit Ethernet adaptor and an S-Video output port.
SoundMax integrated Digital HD Audio chip included inside VX2 results in quality sound and volumes even in headphones and speakers. The rear side is free from ports and adaptors. An infrared port and a firewire port is enfolded with this gadget to communicate with another laptop and with camera and camcorders. You can directly connect the camera and camcorder with VX2 to share the happy moments of your life.
Asus VX2 is incorporated with hast Intel Core 2 Duo Processor with slightly low 160GB hard disk to snap up the applications and documents. The hard disk is not so big to be highlighted as that of Asus N50V Bluray Laptop. The mobile processor integrated in this laptop boasts 4GB internal memory that brilliantly explains the celerity and security from the external world. 2GB RAM is more than enough for a notebook running Vista, but with 4GB it delivers extra hasteness. The detriment to this laptop is that no free slots are available.
With NVIDIA GeForce Graphics processor, you can play online games precisely and hastily. The box is comprised with Asus Lamborghini VX2 Multimedia Laptop, a wireless leather mouse, a small Bluetooth, a leather mouse mat, a Lamborghini carry case and a Lamborghini chamois for furbishing purposes.
With slight heavy weight of 2.43kg and magnitudes 331Wx272Dx2.5H cm, it does not confine its place in the market as it is embodied with quality logo of ‘Lamborghini’. Asus comes with a warranty of 2 years for the product.
