One look at Elonex Onet+ 7” Netbook and it will definitely elicit a smile from you. It is a cute little netbook which features one of white, pink, green, silver and black colours. Its light weight of 650g, small and compact structure and the features offered all make this little laptop highly portable.
This netbook uses the Ingenic Jz4730 RISC 400 MHz processor for handling the internal operations. A RAM of 128MB and a flash SSD of 2GB are built into this device. The operating system this mini laptop comes pre-installed with is the Debian Linux. A 7” widescreen, 800 x 480 pixels, LCD display is sported. You can play videos as well as listen to songs with this UMPC. Even speaker have been built into this device.
Internet connectivity is achieved either with wired Ethernet or wireless WiFi. Despite its tiny size, it manages to house 3 USB ports, a microphone jack, a headphone jack and an SD card slot. Information exchange can therefore be established with either USB or memory cards. The real estate manages to squeeze in a touchpad too.
On the software front, it offers compatibility with Microsoft Office tools. The battery life it delivers is about 3 hours. Small, portable, capable of all mobile computations, the Elonex Onet+ UMPC is also affordable, with a price tag of about £125.
