HP Compaq 110C Netbook

HP Compaq 110C 10” Netbook is another traveling companion from HP, which apart from being light in weight is also light in terms of its price. This mini laptop is equipped with the Intel Atom N280 1.66GHz processor. It also employs the Intel GMA 950 graphics. The RAM of this small workstation has a capacity of 1GB. The hard drive integrated has a storage space of 160GB. Microsoft Windows XP Home OS comes pre-installed in this netbook.
There is a 10.1” screen which presents a resolution of 1024 x 576 pixels. This widescreen monitor also has the anti-glare feature. Both WiFi and Ethernet connections let you access the internet with this portable PC. The ports and connectors available on board include 3 USB ports, a headphone socket, a microphone socket, a VGA port and a 5-in-1 card reader. A webcam for video chat is also integrated into this ultra-portable device.
Depending on how long you would be using the HP Compaq 110c away from the power supply, you can opt for either a 3-cell or 6-cell battery. While the 3 cell battery delivers a life of about 2.45 hours, the 6-cell gives close to 6 hours. The HP Compaq 110C Ultramobile Netbook will be saying hello to market shelves during August 2009. It is expected to be priced at about £279.
