the hp pavillion dv6710 has got the best design HP has done so far and its performance is fabulous.In fact i need to buy one for myself.pls kindly notify me on its avaialbity and where to buy(brand new) from the UK.
The Pavillion DV6710 is the biggest pile of **** that I have bought. It died yesterday, experiencing same problems as others have with it… i.e. won’t turn on or off, beeps and blue flashing lights and refuses to boot up! The retailer was less than helpful and Helwett Packard customer service is the pits. I was shouted over, accused of swearing and told 13 time in the space of two minutes that’ there are no known problems with this computer, when there obviously is according to worldwide blogs!
I threw away £500 on this rubbish! Buy Macs – they are so much better, and customer service is excellent!
the dv6710ea has been great until now 1 month out of warranty-gave up the ghost without warning blue leds flash but no screen whatsoever
the web is full of people asking advice on this problem
HP have awful customer service wont even advise if you can fix the problem yourself you have to send it to them at a cost of £260 they have a real cant be bothered attitude I will never buy or recommend HP again!!
