icd ultra android tablet ICD Ultra TabletThe ICD Ultra tablet is a powerful touchscreen device with a 7″ LCD user interface. It is apparently a successor of the ICD Vega Tablet. What makes this new tablet powerful is the NVIDIA Tegra T20 chipset that is incorporated in it. This device is based on the Android OS.

On the memory front, this tablet has a 512MB of DDR RAM. There is also 512MB of NAND memory. A 4GB SD card as well comes packed within and cannot be removed from the device. A microSD card slot is present for memory expansion too.

Networking-wise, the ICD Ultra is capable of WiFi connectivity. Therefore it can be used to log onto the internet at hotspots. Moreover it is 3G enabled as well, allowing high speeds of web page access. There is a 1.3MP web camera built in too. With the accelerometer that’s integrated within, automatic display rotation is made possible. Even Bluetooth is supported.

The other goodies offered include a mini HDMI port, an FM radio, dual digital microphones, a 3.5mm headphone socket and 4 hours of working life. No details on pricing revealed yet.
