Mobile Broadband Laptops With Orange

UK broadband provider, Orange, is presenting 2 new laptops with mobile broadband connectivity. They are the Asus 1005HGO and the Compaq CQ61. Apparently, the Compaq CQ61 is offered free with certain T-Mobile broadband packages. Orange is also offering 2 new USB broadband connectors, namely the Orange e1752 and the Option515M. Free 8GB microSD cards are also part of these packages.
The Asus 1005HGO netbook is a 10.1” screen laptop. It comes with an Intel Atom N280 1.66GHz processor, 250GB of hard drive, Windows 7 OS (Starter version), Bluetooth ability, a web camera and an embedded SIM card for broadband access. The device weighs 1.27kg. This laptop is exclusive to Orange.
The Compaq CQ61 is a 15.6” laptop which features an AMD Sempron M100 CPU, 2GB RAM, Windows 7 OS Home Premium edition, a DVD drive, a web camera, WiFi ability and offers 5 hours of battery life.
Contracts for 18 or 24 months are available and the monthly rentals vary from £25 to £40, with various data allowances too, like 1GB, 3GB, 5GB and unlimited.
