MSN Video Player Vs iplayer

Microsoft is about to hit U K’s internet television service with its MSN video player, which is said to vie BBC’s iplayer. Ashley Highfield, Microsoft UK Consumer and Online Managing Director has stated that MSN Video Player streaming will start approximately in a week’s time and the trial version will soon be available in the wire.
It is said that BBC’s Internet TV streaming is visualizing 40 million programme requests per month. This BBC’s internet TV service- iplayer is already a success. MSN Video Player is reported to give up a tough fight to iplayer. iplayer is said to have supported by TV license funds and is free of advertising, which is quiet contrasting to MSN Video Player, which is expected to be a commercial venture. Like BBC’s iplayer, Microsoft will utilize Flash Protocol for streaming MSN Video Player.
