Toshiba Satellite U500 Ducati Edition Laptop

The Toshiba Satellite U500 Laptop is undergoing a Ducati makeover. The motorcycle maker and laptop maker have joined hands in this venture. A camcorder from Toshiba, called Camileo S10, is also being subjected to the makeover. The new devices will have the Ducati logo emblazoned on them, making them all geared up for the tracks.

A touch up on the Toshiba Satellite U500 Laptop specifications – This 13.3″, 1280×800 pixels, LCD screen notebook packs in an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, assisted by a 4GB RAM. The ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 graphics has been employed. There are a 400GB hard drive and a DVD burner drive housed in it. It is WiFi capable. Bluetooth is supported as well for connecting to other devices without wires. Interfaces include eSATA/USB combination port, a 5-in-1 card reader and an HDMI output. A built-in web camera is featured too. A 3.5 hour battery life is expected.

The new Toshiba Satellite U500 Ducati Edition Laptop will start shipping some time soon, this quarter, in United Kingdom, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Switzerland. The pricing details, laptop deals and laptop offers are not out yet.
