The Viliv N5 Ultramobile PC is a compatriot to the Sony Vaio Pocket PC. It is small and compact and fits in your palm, and probably your pocket too.
Currently, very few details about the Viliv N5 have been outed. It is supposed to have a 4.8″ screen and a keyboard. There seems to be no trackpad, much like the Sony Vaio UMPC. The Viliv’s display is said to be touch-sensitive and will present a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. An Intel Atom processor will be driving the device. There is no mention as to exactly which processor will be employed. Guesses are that one of Intel’s new Pine Trail processors will come into the picture. The other features include support for WiFi, 3G networks as well as GPS.
The Viliv N5 mini netbook is expected to make its debut appearance in CES 2010. We’ll perhaps hear more about pricing and release then.
