I bought this laptop at christmas and it quickly became a nightmare.
Everything is wrong, I feel like it’s gonna break every time i use it, I can’t even use the keyboard as it works so bad and the touchpad always gets in the way.
The drivers work every other time, it makes an ISANE noise !!! and I always have to put a book underneath it so that it doesn’t freeze and overheat and turns off.
BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER , and I’m probably gonna sue them and the customer service that doesn’t care about my problems!

i bought this machine last 5 months ago, it has been back to MSI service center for 3 times here in Taiwan, home of MSI.
I am not happy with this netbook as follows: gets hot, really hot specially on th lower left side where the fan is located, slow AMD cpu, slow graphics, crazy keyboard, soe metimes jumps around w/o touching the right keys !
I bought 2 MSIs before both 10 inches, eats up power of the batteries much more than the competition, this one also operates at 1hour 20 mins at most battery power.
Will never touch any same brand machine again.
