The recently announced Samsung NC310 10” Netbook will soon be launched and available for sale. It sports a toy-like look on the outside. Moreover, glimpses of this mini laptop, portray it in orange, blue and black colours. However, it does look professional when opened. Quite reasonably priced, this mobile computer offers features and specifications that make it really suitable for mobile computation and entertainment as well.
The inside of this portable PC consists of the Intel ATOM N270 1.6GHz Processor. The operating system that comes pre-loaded is the Microsoft Windows XP Home edition with Service Pack 3. The memory and storage aspects include a 1GB RAM and a 160GB SATA hard drive, which has a speed of 5400rpm. The Intel 950 graphics media accelerator has been integrated to take care of graphics and video.
Both wired as well as wireless networking are supported by this device. The WiFi standard compatible is 802.11b/g. Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity with EDR is offered as well. A good set of ports and interfaces are present in this netbook too. They include:-

Samsung claims an enhanced battery life of almost 11 hours. Dimensions wise, this netbook measures 262mm by 184.5mm by 28.0mm and weighs 1.23kg. Thus, Samsung NC310 ultra-portable Netbook seems to make an excellent choice to carry along, during travels.
