this is the worst laptop you can possibly get. i got mine in Spain on february 2009 and it got messed up on november 2009! one day i just woke up to find it wouldn’t go past the “vaio” logo. the one-year warranty is bs. nobody responded when i made my claim. they made me think they were going to fix it by sending it to the sony vaio company in the US but the company got it, opened it up and said the warranty didn’t cover because i had gotten the laptop in Spain so they closed it back up and mailed it to me. great. awesome company. awesome customer service (s a r c a s m). nobody knew to explain to me about the warranty.
anyway, the repair damages were worth $400+ including parts and all. i’m getting a new computer…definitely not a sony! don’t do it! it’s a MISTAKE!!! sony is both overpriced and overrated. their customer service sucks!
