Toshiba Satellite T130 Laptop was recently announced for the UK. This is one of those notebooks which offer decent specs, along with portability and a long battery life. All thanks to the ultra low voltage processor that’s used within. Some interesting features are present up its sleeves that seem to make it an impressive mobile computer.
This notebook has a 13.3” monitor, which presents a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels and a 16:9 aspect ratio. This widescreen display also has LED backlight. There are 3 choices available for the processor – Intel Single Core, Intel Pentium or Intel Celeron Single Core ULV processors. The RAM can have a maximum of 4GB storage space. A 500GB hard drive is present as well. Internet surfing can be done at WiFi hotspots or using the wired Ethernet LAN connection. Bluetooth allows connecting to other peripherals without wires. You can as well use the 3 USB ports for physically connecting to other devices for data exchange. The sleep and charge feature of these ports lets you charge gadgets like MP3 players, digital cameras and more without having to switch on the laptop itself. An HDMI port is also housed in this portable computer.
The Toshiba Satellite T130 Notebook features Toshiba’s 3D sensor, which protects the hard drive from falls, shocks, jerks and prevents data loss. The touchpad of this device offers multi-touch capability, which lets you scroll, zoom in and out, rotate images and more with ease. Face recognition utility is also integrated into this 1.76kg portable PC. Power saving utilities have been integrated within as well.
